Photos of labor and delivery (NOT professional photos, but I’ll help capture the moments you may not remember!)
One in-home postpartum visit, usually within 7-10 days after your birth, to discuss your birth experience, provide additional breastfeeding support and/or newborn baby guidance, postpartum healing, and answer any questions or offer referrals for postpartum support
Birth Trauma Processing
The goal is to gain clarity and lower the intensity of the emotions surrounding the event through processing and understanding. Can be done solo or with your partner. There is no time limit or expiration on how soon after a birth this should be completed. Do it when you are ready, whether it be immediately or 20 years after your traumatic experience. You will have “homework” so be ready to spend time on the material I give you. I can give you the framework and hold space for you, but you have to commit to the work.
Two in-person or virtual meetings
Handouts, suggested readings and exclusive reflective process that I will walk you through
