Womack Army Hospital (Fort Bragg) – has birth balls, peanuts, showers, and nitrous oxide; OBs and midwives available
Central Carolina Hospital (Sanford) – 5 private labor and delivery suites, OBs and midwives available, jacuzzi tubs (water birth is an option for low-risk clients)
FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital (Pinehurst) – labor rooms have whirlpool tubs, but they don’t allow water births; 13-bed NICU; no midwives available
